The Design

Our client wanted to completely update the space they had in their kitchen. Since moving into the property they'd decided it was not practical for their family; they wanted us to come up with a kitchen design that opened up the space, maximising it for years to come.

The Process

Our design team got to work on how we could maximise the available space in this room, all whilst keeping it as open as possible. The trick was inviting the two rooms to feel connected, all whilst keeping it practical for their family to use. With some clever additions from their fitter using additional panels we've provided, they've been able to maximise space even further, all whilst keeping the feel of the original design.

Another practical touch was the use of Egger Halifax Oak worktops, a high quality textured laminate worktop which is almost indistinguishable from real timber. This gave our client's kitchen all the beauty of solid wood in a maintenance-free solution. Read more about Egger Worktops

With the use of a breakfast bar between the two rooms we've created a casual dining space for the family to use - especially practical when a parent is cooking and can keep an eye on the children at the same time. A fantastic finish to this family home that the whole family will be able to love for many years to come!
